Q1. Where can you buy Origin Australia® Diamonds?

You can buy Origin Australia diamonds from our stockists around Australia or from our international distributors.

Q3. What guarantee does my Origin Australia® diamond bracelet come with?

  • Your certificate of diamond origin is enclosed in the box with your item.
  • Your jewellery is hallmarked with its silver content.
  • You will also find the Origin Australia® Branding Stamp on the bracelet which identifies the set Diamond(s) as Australian Origin.
  • Your bracelet is of course guaranteed for manufacturing faults, as per the ACCC legislation, for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
  • The warranty is given in addition to normal consumer guarantees.
  • This warranty does not cover accidental loss or damage.

Q4. How do I care for my Origin Australia® diamond pendant or bracelet?

  • Please store your bracelet or pendant in its original box or soft jewellery pouch.
  • To keep the silver lustre avoid contact with abrasives metals and corrosive liquids such as perfumes, alcohol and suntan lotions (for example). It is normal for the silver to tarnish as is it real Stirling silver. Silver tarnish can be removed with a proper jewellery care product.
  • The bracelet can be washed and dried with a soft polishing cloth.
  • The neoprene or rubber band should not be worn in a spa, steam bath, sauna, swimming pool or ocean.
  • We recommend that you regularly check your bracelet catch to make sure it is securely closed.

  • Your certificate of diamond origin is enclosed in the box with your item.

Q8. How do I care for my Origin Australia® garment?

Full instructions of garment care are sewn inside your garment, this is a requirement of Australian law. If you remove this label please store it so that you can care for your garment. Please follow the instructions to maintain the quality of your product.

Q9. How long does a back order take?

  • if you elect “back order” on your order please note that it will take approximately 6 weeks to receive your order, from the time of order.

Q10. Which postage method should I select?

Whilst t-shirts are a low value product which won’t warrant expensive shipping methods, we recommend that your jewellery is sent via Express Post Platinum for Australian clients and Express Courier International for International. Please enter your address in the cart or checkout section to calculate the shipping cost to your shipping location.

Q12. How do I care for my Origin Australia® pearl bracelet or pendant?

  • Please store your bracelet or pendant in its original box or soft jewellery pouch.
  • To keep the silver and pearl lustre avoid contact with abrasives metals and corrosive liquids such as perfumes, alcohol and suntan lotions (for example). It is normal for the silver to tarnish as is it real Stirling silver. Silver tarnish can be removed with a proper jewellery care product, being careful not to come in direct contact with your pearl.
  • The bracelet can be washed and dried with a soft polishing cloth.
  • This product should not be worn in a spa, steam bath, sauna, swimming pool or ocean.

Q13. How do I process a warranty/guarantee claim?

Origin Australia® products come to you with an assurance of quality and craftsmanship. However should there be any issues with the product you have purchased, please follow the procedure below to affect any warranty claims within 7 days of purchase. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, loss and theft.

Q14. What is the returns policy for Origin Australia® products?

Origin Australia® products come to you with an assurance of quality and craftsmanship. However should there be any reason you are unhappy with this product please follow the returns procedure above to affect any return within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund if the product is returned to us within this period, and is in a fully undamaged/unworn condition.

We cannot accept goods returned to us that have been worn or damaged in anyway.

Q17. Does my price include shipping?

Shipping of your ORIGIN AUSTRALIA ® product to you is at your own cost.

As shipping varies for each item based on weight and size of package, please refer to the shipping section for each item to understand shipping costs or go to Australia Post International shipping section to determine the best method for your product.

Q18. Does my price include import tax to your country of purchase?

Import duties and taxes for your ORIGIN AUSTRALIA ® product to your country of our purchase is at your own cost.Please refer to your government’s import website to understand what duties and taxes may apply. The only exception for this is in Australia, where GST will apply on every purchase, there are no other import or duty costs for clients within Australia.
